Certainly, you can return the product, and we care about the value provided to the customer, but according to the return policy outlined below ▪ I acknowledge and undertake not to distribute our digital products or share them with others or republish, send, or transfer them by any means or form. All rights reserved for (Hind Store). ▪ I agree to the digital product sales policy, and that they are non-refundable or non-redeemable after the purchase process. ▪ If the store delays in processing and delivering your order within 24 hours, the store commits to immediately refund the purchase amount to the customer or change the order type as decided or deemed appropriate by the customer. ▪ If there is an error from the store that cannot be resolved, the amount will be refunded or added as credit to your store account or exchanged for a (purchase voucher) with the same cost as the paid amount, which can be used to purchase from our store at any time. ▪ (Hind Store) is not responsible for incorrect purchases made by the user himself, whether due to negligence, entering incorrect information, or any other reason that may cause harm or loss to their rights. Therefore, the store is not obliged to replace or refund any digital product whose data has been delivered to you. ▪ The refund will be processed through the user's payment card only or by adding the amount as credit to your store account. ▪ The digital product is for the buyer's exclusive use and cannot be sold or copied. ▪ Prices do not include instructions for files or how to install them on devices (Excel – Word – PowerPoint and other digital programs), and the customer must be familiar with the skills to use and install these programs and possess the technical skills necessary to handle digital products and the method of downloading from Google Drive and other programs to benefit from the products. ▪ All digital products on the site are available for any customer to purchase and benefit from according to the buying and selling policy. The customer can modify and edit open, customizable products as desired, with formats and content suitable for their needs, to produce a different format suitable for their use. We (do not customize any digital product for any customer), and the customer must make the desired modifications to the open, editable files. ▪ Invoices and the digital product link are automatically sent after order completion to the email or through the store, and they are not sent via any other sites.
